I am a Public Programs Specialist (Recycling Coordinator) fort he County of Merced and its six jurisdictions. My postion is to educate the public and implement local recycling efforts/programs to increase awareness levels as well as tonage diversion. This is done in the residential, school and commericial areas within the communities.
