I am interested in water resources and water quality, however, I am working on educating myself on "Game Theory" and Nash's "Equilibrium Theory"I wonder if Sustainable Behavior can apply or are they opposites? I am working on committee to focus on NonPoint Pollution problems and if outreach and education are as effective as they should be.
