I manage the Northwest Biosolids Management Association, a cooperative group of private and public municipalities across the NW United States and private companies. The mission of the association is to advance sound biosolids management. I have been interested in the biosolids field since high school and have found a career that pursues this. Some projects that I have been involved in through college and beyond: *Red Dot Recycling Project (encourage people to recycle glass and plastics at University of Washington)*UW in the Mountains to Sound Greenway (provide a link between students looking for volunteer opportunities and tree-planting/trail-building projects)*Sustainable Resource Display (providing a model of using practical and beneficial applications of various recycled materials -- tumbled glass, biosolids, paint, railroad ties)*Teaching composting and worm-bin class
