I am an Environmental Specialist at Abbott Laboratories where I deal in EPA air, water and waste compliance and DOT/IATA compliance for a pharmaceutical plant. We have been looking at Pharmaceuticals in the Environment and Sustainable Development in recent years as well. I also volunteer with the Nature Conservancy, Illinois Beach State Park, Chicago Wilderness, and others, in invasive plant control and plant, animal and water quality monitoring. I'm very interested in the approach of changing people's personal behaviors to make the most impact on environmental preservation.
