Iââ m in charge of the Pollution Prevention effort at Edwards Air Force Base in California. We pursue finding opportunities for pollution reduction that can be turned into fundable projects. We assess opportunities that may lead to pollution reduction projects. One of the more difficult tasks is to developing the culture change that makes pollution prevention the first choice.
