I am a Grant Manager for the California Integrated Waste Management Board. As a result of the Used Oil Forum in Pasadena (Dec. 2002), a few of my grantees have expressed an interest in incorporating CBSM in the administration of their grants. As their Grant Manager, they've asked me for ideas/suggestions which is why I have logged on to this site. I need to further educate myself with regards to what works and what, alas, does not.
