I have been involved with Pollution Prevention since 1980 starting with the introduction of RCRA and became an environmental instructor for a large industry teaching pollution prevention for multi media. I was retired from private industry and was sought after by the state to join them in their P2 effortsand have been a state employee for two years. I find it very gratifying when you help people that want to co the correct thing but for lack of resources and knowledge didn't know what or how to approach the issues. It is the results of the assessments that are gratifying
