How does poverty drives environmental destruction? How can we educate people on the causes of poverty and how and why that is important to their own lifestyle. I am currently very interested in how to better educate consumers and citizens on the web of cause and effects their acitons can drive -- i.e. creating economic markets for destructive industries (environmentally and socially destructive). I am interested in how activism locally and gloablly is communicating this message and how it can be done better taking into consideration who the consumer and citizen is -- their media exposure, their attention span, their barriers to behavioral change. I am reading your book but am interested in more resources on barriers to change and tools to encourage behavioral change.
