Environmental Management Systems -- In particular, I am trying to convince a group of about six small towns to take an EMS approach to the protection of their water resource. They understand the importance of protecting their water, but they haven't yet agreed on the protective measures necessary to accomplish their task. The notion of fostering sustainable behavior seems perfectly suited to this situation.
