I have been writing environmental policy for Massey University. As a sub-set to the policy I am developing environmental management plans. The first one was the energy plan. This year I instituted a behavioural campaign to change energy use behaviour, it went very well until the last thing, which was an audit to determine computers left on. The results were interesting to say the least, Albany campus gave positive feedback about the reward they received for turning off; Wellington campus gave little to no feedback - minor feedback to the positive and Palmerston North gave overwhelming negative feedback - staff reported feelings of being invaded etc and the flak went all the way to the Vice Chancellor and the union was called in. So I need help in this area.
