My interst is not directly related to environmental work as much as how the environment affects our product. I am working on a plan to help change our users behavior in order to protect our product from the environment (heat and moisture). The behavior is simple, keep the cap on the original container until empty. Much like keeping the door closed on the refrigerator. If you leave it open, the food will spoil. If our products container is left uncapped or the product is left outside the container for a long period of time before use, then the results will be erroneous.
