We are interested in building a 3500 seat performing arts theater/mixed use development, utilizing sustainable development techniques in a heavily wooded (forest) environment. We want the buildings to fit into this natural environment as much as possible, so that we retain many trees, make use of the rainwater, recycle waste, and use innovative energy conservation techniques, etc.
