I believe that sound natural resources management and a healthy economy are both vital public interests. Achieving sustainability, with an accompanying high quality of life for all of our citizens, is highly dependent on good science, appropriate planning and strong policy leadership. My goals are to contribute to public policy development and program implementation that support these interests. I have focused my efforts on assisting groups and agencies to develop clear policy goals, credible solutions and implementable strategies that have widespread public support.
