I am an organizational development consultant working both inside organizations to improve their effectiveness, and in communities seeking to take community-wide initiatives. Recently I have been focusing my work in the environmental area, supporting organizations and communities doing this kind of work. I am also a participant in local volunteer water quality/conservation and watershed initiatives.
