Interested in green communities, active in trying to curb bad development and better preserve habitat in my community, trying to build a more livable town, interested in local politics and developing citizen participation as a strong tool to win battles. Newly elected to the citizens advisory council and active with Concerned Citizens of Los Osos, currently fighting a $100 million sewer in the middle of town and trying to save an ESHA. Also interested in starting an education forum for our 5000 homes, about not using their toilets for a disposal, saving water, home composting/organic gardening, living with less, etc.
