Designing effective implementation strategies for nonpoint source pollution (eg. sediment, nutrients) when writing Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) documents. We're looking for ways to work with local watershed groups, farmers, etc that will encourage people to make permanent change to improve water quality.
