I am involved in Master Gardener program work. My primary interests are xeriscape gardening, preservation of native plants and herb use, habitat preservation. I am also active with our local food coop and farmers markets. I am very interested in issues of water use and pollution issues. Recycling and waste reduction are primary issues in my life and personal work as well. Energy, pollution and water issues are inescapable for everyone living in this world and I believe that education of one self and others is a responsibility that we all must shoulder.
