Education through University level courses in Denmark and teaching in international course: Global Seminar- Environment and Sustainable Food Systems with university classes in USA, Europe, Australia and Africa. Many of the themes in this case study based course are around Energy, Waste, Water and Food issues and learners debate and discuss sustainable behaviour and social action. I also teach and research at Nordic level on Organic Farming as an approach to sustainable management of environment. Besides, I am working on social action on environmental matters with my native community in Sri Lanka.
