I'm a land use planning consultant who does private and public-sector land use and development plans. I try to increase environmental benefits of land use plans (through Smart Growth, protection of important environmental assets, etc.). I'd like to promote those environmental benefits and activities, through the development planning process, that people are most likely to embrace or participate in.
