Longview and the East Texas area are not fully compliant in waste management. I didn't realize how bad it was until I lived in MN for a few years. The difference is an "eye opener". MN looks so much cleaner. This is a result of stick waste management. Conversely, East Texas needs a lot of work. I think a lot of it is lack of education. This leads into the root problem of waste management. Another cause is the city and disposal companies give good "lip service", but in the end they just want their money.I am giving a argumentative speech for Toastmasters addressing this problem.
