My interest is likely best expressed as "environmental justice" as an essential element of economic justice. Stresses on the environment are largely the result of economic pressures; on the one hand those flowing for elementary physical survival and on the other, greed, ignorance and a sense of entitlement to the best and most, the scarce...perhaps a bizarrely distorted kind of psychic survival. An aim is toward materially frugal, minimalist living in a widespread agreement to a common fate.
