We currently have a curb-side blue bag pick program for our Township residents. The County Solid Waste Dept. will be requiring some sort of incentive program, $1,000 - $5,000, to help encourage residents to recycle. They gave us some generic examples, I am looking for some programs that are woeking well in other communities.
