Recycling manager for Fort Lauderdale; currently planning for Earth Day and using the metaphor of "styrofoam" to highlight issues with consumerism, waste, re-use and recycling. Need to get updated info on the styrofoam as HHW material, or not, and insight into what makes it good and bad. Any links or ideas welcome.
