I am starting up a program for NOAA titled Ocean Etiquette. The goal is to effectively communicate responsible human behavoir in the marine environment. In other words encouraging responsible interaction with marine wildlife and habitats. I am interested in anything that pertains to individual interaction (primarily recreational) with natural resources, specifically marine.
