I am currently teaching at Mizpah High School in Chuuk, FM 96942. The Juniors are learning about hazardous waste and how to recycle. The island currently had no method for recycling nor do they properly take care of hazardous waste. Consequently, people are getting sick. I would like information on practicle ways the kids can help make a difference for their society. We have begun to collect pull tabs for recylcing with Ronald McDonald House program for children needing dialysis treatments.
