I am a policy advisor and work on urban sustainability. In the office I also lead a 'green team' with the goal of encouraging our coworkers to adopt environmentally sustainable practices. I am also in the process of starting an Environment Committee at my condominium. I would like to learn how to better engage people and encourage their involvement.
