Completing Master's Thesis surrounding water governance with a specific focus on how valuation of a resource affects usage. Application of data collected will be used to determine which non-prescription conservation methods can be implemented. The research compares the usage patterns of rural (irrigators) versus urban (domestic and industrial) stakeholders/users.
