I'm working with a government organization as a communications consultant. They have made some climate change commitments, but are now required by law to meet certain targets. We are working with them to identify ways and means of involving employees in selected actions that will reduce their carbon footprint. The main focus is on energy reduction, but there is also an opportunity to target waste reduction and alternative transportation. My interest in this site is to get access to as much information as possible on green initiatives, so as to develop a communications strategy that will resonate with employees, and hopefully, begin to change some behaviours.
