Debra,
If you're interested in a long term tree re-vegetation project, see www.regent.org.au for info regarding the Regent Honeyeater Project - been going 10 years strong, with new volunteer groups involved all the time. Ray Thomas is the person to contact about the program - his details are on the website.

Eco-Labelling
2006-04-23 23:49:44 UTC
Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone knew of a decent guide to eco-labels for office-products, paper etc. It would include what to look for on a label and maybe some of the accrediatations to look for (or avoid!). It'd be great if it were relevant to Australia.

Behaviour Change Monitoring and Quantification
2006-04-06 23:36:36 UTC
Hiya all you agents for change,
Just wondering if any one knew of any good online resources to assist in measuring and monitoring behaviour change outcomes in line with quantifiable objectives ie how can I show that behaviour change initiatives have contributed to an x% decrease in workplace energy consumption? I'm thinking down the survey track, but am unconvinced of their credibility, especially with a small sample size. Can anyone recommend a school of thought or tool that guides me in putting together a survey that will yield significant and credible results?

Energy Use Reduction Resources
2006-03-27 19:11:24 UTC
Hi List,
I'm working on a program that aims to change behaviour in large educational institutions in 2 ways 1. reduce energy emssions in the workplace 2. integrate energy-use reduction principles into learning and teaching. Essentially, practise AND preach! If anyone has had any success or knows of resources that might be valuable to me, please pass them on.
Thanks,
Monique
