Hi John, I would try select the behaviour you want them to engage/disengage in, identify the barriers that stop them from doing the said identified behaviour,
then develop strategies for a program.

On Friday 19 February 2010 the founder of community-based social marketing, Doug McKenzie Mohr will be delivering a one-day advanced workshop.
The advanced workshop provides an in-depth exposure to community-based social marketing and provides participants with the knowledge they need to design and evaluate their own community-based social marketing programs.
