I teach business students about organizational and individual behaviour change toward sustainability. I have taken an introduction course to CBSM once before, years ago. I wanted to take a refresher course to help facilitate my thinking for two research projects in which I am engaged. First, is helping agricultural producers to adopt best management practices for carbon management on their farms. Second, is to encourage individual behaviour change related to fast-fashion and textile consumption.
