  Thank you, I found the material very useful and help our CoP in coming to grips with system thinking. We have not have the first iteration of a system map, which I believe needs further refinement.

  Through our CoP we would like to explore the applicability of System Thinking to understanding and developing some strategy or approaches for community action for the control of invasive weeds. We have found the language a bit difficult. Has anyone applied System Thinking and perhaps simplified the language? Would appreciate any comments and views...

  I am looking at setting up a community of practice within my organisation focusing on invasive species (plants and animals) and would like to hear from others that have set or in the process of setting up similar groups on how best to ensure they operate effectively, TOR and other related information/documentation
