Impact of Water efficiency/Demand Management Programs
2016-04-28 03:40:13 UTC
Does anyone have (or know of) any examples of successful evaluation methods for measuring the impact of water efficiency/demand management programs?
-Are control groups the way to go? Random assignment or paired consumption perhaps?
Thanks

Re: Looking for Low Flow Showerhead Research and Successful Programs
2016-04-07 03:31:03 UTC
Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone has any updates to the question originally posed by Doug regarding 'looking for research that has identified the perceived barriers and benefits to householders installing low flow showerheads. I am also looking for information on programs that have successfully encouraged their installation'.
We are looking at reviewing our existing shower head swap campaign here in Darwin, Australia. I'm particularly interested in reducing shower flow rate as well as shower time.
Thanks very much in advance
Joel

Public Displays of Attention
2015-08-26 22:12:34 UTC
Hi everyone,
-Interactive signage ideas
I'm involved in a water demand management program and I'm looking for more ways to increase the awareness of the issue (and program).
Does anyone have any experience or suggestions in what works in terms of public displays?
-Locations (where to locate- billboard, weekly newspaper ads)
-Figures such as daily water consumption, remaining water in storage etc?
Is there anything else that should be considered?
Thanks and all the best
