• CBSM programs in Libraries

  The University of Kansas is looking to start a CBSM initiative in our Library. We are selecting behaviors at this time. Do you have any programs or campaigns conducted in libraries? Any recommended strategies or sharing of your past experience would be appreciated!

• Energy Conservation training for RAs in Dorms

  We are offering energy conservation training to the residential assistants in dormitories so they can communicate it to residents during orientation and dorm inspections. Does anyone have examples or outlines of RA energy training? I am struggling with the content because I don't want it to be boring. I want it to be memorable and interactive and utilize CBSM concepts so it can effect behavior change.

• Energy Grades for Buildings

  Has anyone had experience with giving energy grades to buildings?
  
  I am on a university campus in the U.S., and we are trying to reduce our energy consumption through occupant behaviors. A previous program launched conducted audits and gave different buildings on campus grades (A+ through F). The program did not go over well for those buildings with poor grades. Ironically, adults and professors don't like to be graded on a university campus.
  
  We would like to launch a program that informs and motivates those building occupants to action; we'd like to fix and readjust our grading system and relaunch.
  
  Any helpful information and experience on energy grades would be greatly appreciated.
