I am the Conservation Culture Program Manager focusing on sustainability outreach, education and employee behaviors for Boeing. During her 8 years at the company I've helped reduce energy, water, waste and greenhouse gases associated with the manufacturing process through conservation projects, education and engaging employees. In 2022 I led one of Boeing’s key Earth Day initiatives and other employee engagement projects focusing on sustainable behaviors and culture. Prior to Boeing, I worked as an environmental educator in the U.S. teaching a variety of topics ranging from energy efficiency to waste reduction and estuary science (to name a few.) I also helped develop University of Kentucky’s first Environmental Education curriculum. I studied Conservation Psychology in graduate school and try to implement social marketing strategies whenever possible. I hold a B.A. of Environmental Education from Western Washington University and an M.S. of Environmental Studies from Antioch University New England.
