I am a Waterwatch Coordinator with Melbourne Water, Australia, where I run platypus and waterbug citizen science programs. My main interest is making science understandable and assessable to the general community and providing opportunities for people to become involved in citizen science projects to monitor and record the health of Melbourne’s Waterways. My role includes working with various stakeholders, including state government, local government, community groups and schools.
