I am a project manager at a small but mighty consulting firm specializing in solid waste and recycling in Orange County, CA. Through this role, I've developed new protocols and strategies to successfully implement waste diversion programs in socioeconomically diverse residential and businesses communities, and I manage a team of 3 recycling coordinators. Recently, I've produced modern upbeat recycling training videos.
