Behaviour change for biodiversity.
Our research group, Bandi Bunch, is passionate about discovering deeper connections among people and wildlife to protect our most vulnerable. The endangered southern brown bandicoot is our mascot and focal species.
We are funded by Burnside Council and Government of South Australia for Stage 1 of our flagship project, working with communities to discover where wildlife live - and why - along their semi-urban creeklines. Our baseline data on wildlife, their habitat, and the drivers for managing this habitat, will inform the behaviour we prioritse with communities for future behaviour change interventions.
