I oversee compliance and inspections of all sector facilities assigned to me, covered under the Clean Water Act, and permitted by the Idaho Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (IPDES) bureau. I interface with external clients (permittees) and seek to generate voluntary environmental compliance with permits.
