Our air quality section in North Idaho focusses on air quality monitoring, stationary source inspections, complaint response, and public outreach and education. We provide a lot of compliance assistance to both our regulated facilities and the public. This involves outreach and education on a variety of subjects including proper woodstove use, alternatives to open burning, understanding the AQI forecasts.
