As the density of housing grows, engagement with MUDs(Multi-Unit Developments) and understanding how they access Government services such as waste and recycling, FOGO, and bulky waste collections is increasingly important. This positions works on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, creating programs to improve waste behaviours in MUDs and bringing the voice of residents into perspective of waste management in apartment buildings to support waste reduction and improved recycling outcomes.
