Joshua Beneš is the Assistant Director for Operations for the Mount Mansfield Science and Stewardship Center (MMSSC). Josh is catalyzing new collaborative mountain and climate science research projects that involve Mt. Mansfield. He is working with UVM administrators, facilities managers, and Rubenstein School partners to plan the construction of a potential biological research station on Vermont’s highest peak. If built, Josh will be conducting the facility’s operations. The MMSSC’s mission is “to catalyze collaborative science and stewardship for healthy mountains, watersheds, and communities."
