I have spent the last few years growing the food waste collection program at ASU. I also coordinate the rest of Zero Waste day-to-day operations. Though I currently work in the zero waste sector of my campus' facilities, my passion has been for food systems sustainability. I do what I can to connect the two and further our sustainability initiatives as a whole.
