A Senior TravelSmart Specialist at TransLink, James helps administer the TravelSmart Program via sustainable commuting programs, research and monitoring strategies with major employers in Metro Vancouver. Implementing transportation demand management (TDM) programs and policies is central to the role to support transit, carpool and active transportation uptake via advocacy, education and mobility service partnerships. James completed his Masters in Urban Studies at the University of Amsterdam as a member of the Urban Cycling Institute research team.
