My 13+ years experience in the nonprofit industry includes starting, dissolving, and growing organizations with a priority on strategy, and brand. My early career in advertising (10 years), and even as a performer (20+ years, yes I did start when I was 3), gave me the ability to process negative feedback into positive change, act as a communication bridge, consistently achieve goals, and solve problems through research and key stakeholder buy-in and input.
I'm especially passionate about doing good and thinking big and I'm always up for a new challenge. Outside of my current day job I love to help leaders set goals, solve problems, be more persuasive, find direction, and think big for themselves or their organization.
