Surfrider is the largest volunteer network of coastal defenders in the world. Peter helps lead the Monterey County Chapter and spearheads their Ocean Friendly Restaurant program, communications, and outreach events, with a main focus on beach clean-ups and reducing single-use plastics in the community. Professionally, Peter is the director of communications and sustainability for a West Coast seafood wholesaler distributing to some of America's largest grocery stores, food service companies, and entertainment studios.
