I lead Delaware Coastal Program efforts for state-specific and regional ocean planning by addressing ocean resource management issues. I am currently developing an Ocean and Bay Plan for Delaware that will provide a comprehensive, easy to use resource for decision makers and members of the public that identifies and strengthens the mechanisms available to facilitate the protection and sustainability of the economic contributions and environmental benefits that the ocean and bay provide us.
