  Measuring success in waste management outreach is difficult to judge unless you are piloting then hauling this material from a particular area. This is primarily due to the contracts or route schedules that you have in place. I have successfully done it but had to set up the data capture details based on routes. I retired from Durham Region this past year so I can't access the actual reports and campaigns because I don't have access to them. Work completed however included: green bin organics, blue box contamination in multi-residential sites, and litter mitigation at curb.
