The two main projects I'm working on is creating an e-learning module to educate internal staff on 'How to work around kauri' to not spread the pathogen and encouraging uptake of a voluntary biosecurity scheme (Plant Pass) in the Waikato region, using the organisations influence. Another key piece of work includes educating the public on kauri protection issues, mainly primary school students, with hopes to expand to community groups.
