I was hired as a Recycling Coordinator, with a focus on addressing illegal dumping within our jurisdictions. Illegal dumping is a complex issue with many different layers to address. I am eager to learn more about how we can utilize CBSM techniques to better understand the root causes of why people partake in illegal dumping and to more effectively address these issues.
